Silpro Easy Plug™ Hydraulic Cement is a cementitious material formulated to set rapidly (60 Seconds) to patch cracks and holes. It is particularly effective in stopping the flow of water permanently. Use it indoors or outdoors, above or below grade. 3-5 mineutte formulation available.
